In the Block editor, I want the ability to add horizontal rule (<hr/>) and other tags. I want to be able to customize such separators to be an image from the media library instead of hard coding it in the BlockRenderer. Similarly, I want to be able to caption images in the editor instead of a separate field that I can pull when rendering in the BlockRenderer.
