As an Editor who works inside a team, I want to have a comment system that enables us to leave comment(s) about the changes that I made to the contents inside a component, so that my team understand the reason behind the change and we keep a track of our content decisions.

This is similar to the commenting system on Google Docs or MS.Word, where you select a paragraph(~ a component on Strapi) and leave a question or comments, maybe tag someone else, etc, and others can write back on the same thread.
