UX Enhancement: Sticky action bar (Save/Publish) and "Back to Top" button in Content Manager (v5.44)

Description:When working with long collection types or single types in Strapi v5.44, content editors have to scroll significantly to reach the entry actions (Save, Publish, Preview) and navigate back to the top fields. This slows down the editorial workflow and degrades the user experience.Proposed Solution:Sticky Header/Sidebar Actions: Keep the main entry actions (such as Save, Publish, and Preview) stuck at the top or side of the screen when scrolling down, ensuring they are always visible and clickable.Back-to-Top Button: Implement a small, non-intrusive floating "Back to Top" button at the bottom-right corner of the entry editor for quick navigation. Why this is useful:This improvement will greatly enhance content management velocity, reduce fatigue for editors handling large documents, and optimize the overall admin panel usability in Strapi 5.

Sticky "publish"/"save"-Button

Please attach the “publish” button, or as in v4, after scrolling in the header. If you change something at the bottom of the entry, you always have to scroll all the way up to save or publish.
