J Stories your best bet is to use something like WP if you need Elementor like features. Strapi is a headless CMS therefore everything is built on API calls. If I recall correctly there is a colab with NextJS going on so there is a way to make frontend editable without going into strapi but thats only to edit the content not drag and drop elements.
