When you have a long list of items in a dynamic zone, can be challenging to rearrange them by drag & drop. If you add here that dynamic components are expanded by defaults it is even harder.

Checking the source code, I realized that there are keybindings to rearrange items pressing space + arrows, but for editors is not quite intuitive.

It would be awesome to have a new menu item, to rearrange items selecting which is the index where you want to move the select item.
